Sketch is a Norwegian ambient duo with only a few legendary and rare releases. The band consists of Tor Jørgensen and Kai Mikalsen from the northern parts of Norway. They made heavy dub-inflicted ambient, organic and with rich texture, inspired by Brian Eno and John Hassel and ”modern” ambient like The Orb and Biosphere.

Live at Blå has previously been released in a limited amount with the title” 59°56'N 10°44'Ø 21.09.00”, which is the geographical position of the Oslo club Blå, plus the date of the concert.

"21.09.00 we had our releaseparty for "Zincanode" at Blå in Oslo. After the concert Marius Renberg and Stein J. Øvre from Subtopia a.s came and asked if they could release the concert, as their annual christmas gift for their customers and contacts.

We agreed of course, and after mastering the recording on Kai's PC, it was send for production in the beginning of December, at the same time the cover was designed and produced. 15 December the hole package was ready. The cover is put together by two leaflets connected by a gripband."
